Another story I filmed this week was with Craig Walsh, a paediatric nurse from Oxford.
Filming with Wesley Smith for ITV News Meridian Craig and his colleagues are going on strike because they say they have no other choice.
The 38-year-old will be striking today along with colleagues from the Royal College of Nursing at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Headington.
A further strike is scheduled for 20 December.
