I offer two main ways to book shown below. The Flight prep is compulsory for each option.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
MILEAGE COST: 45p + VAT per mile from postcode SN6.
SPOTTER (Not always required): Price on application.
VIDEO EDITING: I can colour grade the footage or provide a complete edit to music. £50 per hour + VAT.
RECCE: If you require an on-site recce I charge for this.
NIGHT FLIGHT: I legally have to conduct a daylight recce which prior to being able to fly at night.
* If air traffic control clearance is required then the Flight Prep rises to £75 + VAT.
TERMS OF HIRE
Copyright and Usage of Material
Unless pre-agreed I retain copyright of all content recorded. You have full use of the material as agreed but are prohibited to sell the footage or allow a third party to use it without first obtaining written consent from me. Unless pre-agreed I reserve the right to use any or all of the footage recorded for my own internal or external promotion this includes uploading to stock footage libraries & websites.

Payment Terms
If I haven't worked with you before then payment is due at the time of booking please.
I am more than happy to pencil potential filming dates but actual confirmed bookings always have to take priority.
Weather
I cannot film in constant wind above 20mph, rain, snow or fog. If the weather looks like it's not going to be ideal for you I will make
every effort to reschedule to another day. It's your responsibility to make a call on this and if you cancel the flight any later than 24 hours prior to the agreed time you will be charged the full amount plus any re-shoot costs.
Travel and Expenses
Mileage is charged at 45p per mile + vat from SN6. If required accommodation will be charged at cost.
You will be notified of this at the time of booking.
FAQ's
ARE YOU LICENSED & QUALIFIED TO OPERATE COMMERCIALLY?
Yes. I have “permissions for aerial work” granted by the C.A.A and hold qualifications granted by the Civil Aviation Authority.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes. As long as I adhere to operating guidelines and rules laid out by the C.A.A. I am fully insured and I also have public liability cover.
CAN YOU FLY IN ANY WEATHER?
Unfortunately, I cannot fly in the rain, fog or snow! Strong winds can also be a problem however, I use a camera gimbal which delivers very smooth shots. Please see my terms and conditions for weather issues.
CAN YOU FLY INDOORS?
I can though I require a very large room to fly in!
HOW MANY PEOPLE OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT?
It depends on what needs shooting and how complex the shots are. In manys cases it's just me but sometimes I need a spotter or assistant.
HOW LONG CAN YOU FLY FOR?
I can fly for up to around 25 minutes on a single battery, after which I need to land the drone to change the power supply.
I have enough batteries to stay airborne all day.
WHAT IS THE HEIGHT, RANGE & SPEED OF THE DRONE?
I am only permitted to fly up to 400ft, however I can apply for extended heights on a job-by-job basis if flying higher is required.
I can fly out to 500m giving me a 1km radius. The fastest the drone travels is 45mph. I need to maintain line of sight with the drone at all times.
NEED TO LIVE BROADCAST THE DRONES VIEW?
I offer both TV and web live broadcasting solutions via a fully portable bonded LiveU (Subject to sufficient 4G coverage).
