Today I filmed an interview with the very inspirational Paralympian hand-cyclist Mel Nicholls in Tewkesbury.
Working with Steve Knibbs for BBC Point West we filmed Mel at her home and out an about on her bike.
Mel's been training for the gruelling ultra-endurance Pan Celtic race which will take place around the coast of Ireland.
It’s an unsupported event and she’ll often have to overnight in a bus shelter or bivouac where she can. It's 1600 miles and starts in Wales this Sunday.
