Today I was up at 4am to provide live drone shots for BBC Breakfast in Exmouth Devon.
Fiona Lamdin was reporting on the RNLI's staff re-training programme getting them ready for a busy season of staycations in the UK this year.
I provided live drone shots of the headlines every hour, the weather and Fiona's two main broadcasts. We then stayed on and did a hit for the BBC News Channel with Victoria Derbyshire.
