Last week I filmed for ITV News in Hackney with Kevin Ashford.
We were filming at Plant Hub in their training kitchen with the amazing Chef Melissa Hemsley.
The story was about ITV's Eat Them to Defeat Them campaign which has returned for a second year. It's designed to encourage children to eat their greens.
We also interviewed Jo Ralling from the Veg Power Charity about what is happening in schools over the campaign.
I used a combination of cameras to record the piece including my Insta 360 One X, Osmo Pocket and iPhone for some slow motion shots.
