Today I was up early and back on BBC Breakfast duties at Gloucester Rugby club.
We were filming a live broadcast at the club with former Gloucester Rugby player Ed Slater who 11 months ago was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). He and other team mates are embarking on a sponsor cycle ride.
